How long does a cleaning take?
3 to 6 hours, by grill size
About 3 hours for a standard grill (35″ or less), 3.5 to 4 for a large (36″ to 42″), and 5 to 6 for a jumbo (43″ and up). A light cleaning between full services runs about half that. Repairs we find along the way can add time, and you hear about them first.

Do you clean pellet grills and smokers?
Yes, on the same visit
We clean pellet grills and smokers as well as gas grills, so they can go on the same booking. We clean them; we do not repair them.
Can you clean two grills on the same visit?
Yes, say so when you book
Two grills, or a grill with a side burner and a smoker, can all be done on one visit. Tell us when you book so we plan the time.
Just moved in. Can you check the grill too?
Every cleaning includes a check
We inspect the gas line, regulator, valves and gaskets before anything gets wet, and look for any sign that rodents have moved in. If they have, sanitization is an add-on: tick the box when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No, if we can reach the grill
Leave us the gate code or open the side gate, and tell us when you book. We need your power and water.
Will my grill look new again?
Close to it, if it is kept up
It depends on the condition going in. With a full cleaning every 1 to 2 years a grill stays near new in looks and function, and a light cleaning every six months in between extends its life.
Do repeat customers pay less?
Yes, and it grows
The more regularly you book, the bigger the discount. Ask when you schedule.
What if rodents have been in the grill?
$99 sanitization
Call an exterminator first. Then tick the box when you book and we disinfect and sanitize as part of the cleaning.
Do you check for gas leaks?

Gas lines, fittings, valves and the regulator are inspected on every service call.
What if I miss my appointment?
$50 no-show charge
If we can reach the grill, power and water, the job can usually go ahead without you.
